The centerpiece of this event is a take on international developments and how they contributed to carve the contours of our nascent nation. The significance of historical awareness cannot be overstated. It serves as the bedrock upon which a nation's identity is built. As such the activity is addressed most particularly to the younger cohorts of our society. ![Philippine Flag](https://fundacionsantiago.org/hs-fs/hubfs/Philippine%20Flag.jpg?width=320&height=240&name=Philippine%20Flag.jpg)To help us discover the many dimensions of such a significant event in our History as a people, the Museo Emilio Aguinaldo and Fundación Santiago have invited Angelo Jarin Aguinaldo, of the Cavite El Viejo Heritage Tourism Association; Eufemio Agbayani, Jr., of the National Historical Commission of the Philippines; Eloisa Parco de Castro of the University of Santo Tomas; and Renato de Castro, of De La Salle University. The discussion will be expertly guided by Lourdes M. Fernandez, the Editor-in-Chief of Business Mirror. Her adept moderation will ensure that the conversation flows seamlessly, offering a nuanced exploration of the topics at hand. Finally, Coffee Break with Dean Antonio Molina serves as a recognition of the contribution to Philippine Historiography of Dr. Antonio Molina, Lawyer, Academician, Diplomat, but most of a Historian. This event is made possible through the collaborative efforts of Museo Emilio Aguinaldo and Fundación Santiago. ###### ![Aguinaldo Shrine](https://fundacionsantiago.org/hs-fs/hubfs/Aguinaldo%20Shrine.jpg?width=320&height=240&name=Aguinaldo%20Shrine.jpg)Event Details: Date: November 25, 2023 Time: 2:00 PM Location: AV Room, Museo Emilio Aguinaldo Shrine, Kawit, Cavite Open to the Public Admission is Free [![](https://fundacionsantiago.org/hs-fs/hubfs/fs-logo-landscape.png?width=901&height=293&name=fs-logo-landscape.png)](https://fundacionsantiago.org/) 123 Waverly Pl., Boston, MA 02135 - [Home](https://fundacionsantiago.org) - [About](https://fundacionsantiago.org/about-fundacion-santiago) - Programs & Projects - [Get Involved](https://fundacionsantiago.org/get-involved-in-shaping-the-future-join-the-fs-community) --- facebook-f icon linkedin-in icon Twitter icon instagram icon Copyright © 2026,
